The integration team at FH Erfurt
Our work draws on the regulations for health prevention in § 167 (2) of the German Social Security Code (SGB) IX, in particular on workplace reintegration measures after long-term illness and the workplace inclusion agreement in accordance with § 166 of the German Social Security Code (SGB) IX.
Here are some of our responsibilities:
- monitoring the implementation of the workplace inclusion agreement
- supporting the workplace reintegration measures after long-term illness
- coordinating cooperation between in-house and external specialists
- advising the employer with regard to professional development course provision
- conducting workplace analyses
