If you would like to request, extend or delete a functional email address or change user rights, proceed as follows:

Employees should use the workflow in PIP 

• after logging in, click on + in the bottom right corner to begin

Students need to use our application form.

Please note:

• in the box "weitere Berechtigte" ("other authorized persons"), you can only enter employees
• students are given authorization by the employees responsible for the functional email inbox using the access data.
• to change the password, go to our user portal

Guests and individuals who are NOT registered as students or staff at the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt can apply to use various IT services via the Dean of the respective faculty or the university management.

The Computer Centre is responsible for procuring all software.
Are you interested in acquiring new software or additional licences for existing software?Then please use the software request form.

You can find it in the FHE process portal (PIP) under "Beschaffung" (Procurement) and then use the "Direktauftrag" (direct order) in the mandatory documents.

If you work in administration or the central facilities and need new hardware or additional devices, please use the hardware request form
