Central Induction Events
The central induction events are intended to make your start at the University of Applied Sciences as pleasant as possible and give you the opportunity to explore the university and campus life.
Our program for Winter Semester 2024/25

Members of the Executive Board of the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt will officially welcome our new first semester students. After that, you will be given a short introduction to our IT and online services, including how to use your university email, the intranet and your university account.
When: 7 October 2024, 1 - 2.30 p.m.
Where: Audimax (room 8.1.01) and in parallel in room 8.2.01

When: 2 - 4 p.m.
Where: Foyer in building 8Can you only get a scholarship if you have the highest grades? The rumour lingers on but isn't quite true. At this event, we would like to give you some information about opportunities to apply for scholarships to fund your studies. Far from being all about grades, this is possible, for example, if you are involved in voluntary work, are politically active or have already been employed. After a general presentation, you will have the opportunity to talk to scholarship holders and representatives of various scholarship organzsations, who will be happy to talk about their experience and provide helpful tips.
Information sessions in building 8 (Audimax):
- 2 p.m.: "Financing your studies - scholarships, state grants and co."
- 3 p.m.: "Semester or placement abroad"

Where is the best place to meet new people? At a party, of course!
We'll be rounding off the central induction program on the main campus by showing you what's possible at the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt. You can get to know your fellow students and some of your lecturers in a relaxed atmosphere. Food and drink will be available!When: 2 - 10 p.m.
Where: Main campus at Altonaer Straße 25Our central facilities (library, language centre, etc.), student representatives and other university groups will all have stands set up around the campus and are looking forward to seeing you!
