Teaching rooms at the Leipziger Straße campus
Our campus boasts not only extensive grounds but also numerous seminar rooms, lecture theatres and laboratories, enabling most of our courses to be taught on site.
Consisting of four buildings that range from the historic to the ultra-modern, the campus has a total of 20 teaching rooms for lectures, seminars and specialist tutorials.
The extension, built in 2011, houses:
- the large lecture theatre (1.E.01)
- two big seminar rooms/small lecture theatres (1.E.02 and 1.1.12)
- two computer pools (1.E.05 and 1.E.10)
- the atrium
- offices of the Department of Forestry
- faculty secretary for student matters 1.E.13
- study coordinator 1.E.14
- dean's secretary 1.E.15
The following can be found in the office part of the old building:
- seminar rooms 1, 8-10 (2.E.01, 2.E.07, 2.E.08, 2.E.10)
- botany lab (2.E.05)
- GIS room (2.E.09)
- equipment storeroom (2.U.10)
- meeting room (2.1.14)
- offices of the departments of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture (2nd and 3rd floors)
- research assistants' offices (3rd floor)
- lecture theatre 1 (3.E.08) connects buildings 1 and 3
