Centre for Digitalization and Process Management
The main responsibility of the Centre for Digitalization and Process Management is to push ahead with the complete digitalization of processes at our institution, provide the necessary support during this digital transformation, and ensure its long-term success. This transformation will have a comprehensive impact on all university processes and affect all areas of the organization. It requires close coordination between teaching staff, researchers, and both central and decentralized units.
Digitalization means redefining and efficiently reorganizing traditional interfaces between FHE's organizational structures. This requires regular communication between the parties involved and close coordination of all related measures. Our process and information portal (PIP) has established itself as the university's central knowledge and workflow platform. With over 200 content pages and more than 100 process models, we have been able to expand our cross-departmental process management in recent years.
Our process and information portal (PIP) is the university's central knowledge and workflow platform. It enables students and staff to quickly access the processes, documents and information they need, making workflows more efficient and improving collaboration.
