Responsibilities
- coordination of room allocations for centrally organized events
- allocation of university and, if necessary, departmental rooms
- room data maintenance in “Moses” (room and timetable management software) and in “conject FM” (real estate management software)
- please note: the Centre for Student and Academic Affiars is responsible for timetabling and exam schedules
