- building projects and structural works at the university
- technical supervision and responsibility for companies / contractors
- administration of the building management system for all building services
- energy consumption data and cost analyses
- operational management/monitoring of all technical building systems including maintenance and repairs

- support for the introduction of the CAFM software "Conject-FM" at FH Erfurt
