Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Protection Management System (AGUM e.V.)
Please note: The AGUM system is no longer hosted on FHE's own servers but as a dedicated partition on the AGUM association's server. Access identification is provided via FHE's IP addresses. It is only possible to access the system outside the FHE network using VPN or a special password. This password can be issued by email if requested.
Responsibilities
- responsible for occupational safety and accident prevention
- advice on ergonomic workstations
- regular inspections and tours of the university premises
- checking that all departments are equipped with first aid material
- health and safety briefings for employees
- monitoring the implementation of the training plan for employees working in occupational health and safety and fire protection (e.g. first aiders, safety officers)
- working with the occupational health physician on reintegration management
- checking and monitoring all departments
Office Hours
Tuesdays: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
