  • room bookings and coordination of in-house events
  • parking space management for external users
  • estates management
  • rental, lease and licence agreements
  • land register, building statistics, room register, building map, as-built drawings (including drafting)
  • property taxes

Responsibilities

  • room bookings and coordination of in-house events
  • coordination of event equipment (cables, bar tables etc.) and furniture storage at FHE
  • ordering and coordination with the building management firm (Rehms Service GmbH) and security services (WSI Security GmbH)
  • registration and coordination of student events
  • operating cost statements for the properties
  • coordination of removals within the university
  • updating door signs on the properties
