- room bookings and coordination of in-house events
- parking space management for external users
- estates management
- rental, lease and licence agreements
- land register, building statistics, room register, building map, as-built drawings (including drafting)
- property taxes
Responsibilities
- room bookings and coordination of in-house events
- coordination of event equipment (cables, bar tables etc.) and furniture storage at FHE
- ordering and coordination with the building management firm (Rehms Service GmbH) and security services (WSI Security GmbH)
- registration and coordination of student events
- operating cost statements for the properties
- coordination of removals within the university
- updating door signs on the properties
