Responsibilities
- assisting with checking the settings of the building management system
- assisting with the running of building services and hazard alarm systems
- regular checks on technical systems
- minor repairs due to damage or malfunction
- making sure all university sites are safe and in good working order
- testing portable technical equipment at all properties
